1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

Yes! We happily travel for destination weddings. Travel and accommodation fees will be added to your package based on location and event details. Once we receive your wedding information, we’ll provide a customized travel quote.

2. Do you help with planning our engagement session?

We don’t just take photos — we help you plan the moment. Christopher Charles Productions offers engagement planning assistance including location scouting, timeline coordination, lighting recommendations, and creative direction to ensure your proposal and engagement session are seamless, meaningful, and beautifully captured.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your date. If a booking is canceled, the retainer will not be refunded. Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled date may be subject to full payment of the remaining balance.

One complimentary reschedule is allowed with at least 14 days notice, based on availability. Additional reschedule requests may require a rescheduling fee. If your new date is unavailable, the request will be treated as a cancellation.

In the rare event we are unable to provide services due to emergency, a full refund or qualified replacement photographer will be arranged.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Your final images will be delivered through a private online digital gallery with unlimited high-resolution downloads. You’ll be able to easily view, share, and download your photos from any device, making it simple to relive and share your moments with family and friends.

5. Do you have a recommended videographer?
